Glacier National Park plow crews are within three miles of Logan Pass. Crews on the west side are currently beyond Big Bend, which is about three miles from the pass.

On the east side, crews have been in training and have made less progress, as they work beyond Jackson Glacier Overlook.

Hikers and bikers can now travel to The Loop while plows are working during the week. There are no restrictions after 6 p.m. or weekends, although people are advised to not stay in noted avalanche chutes. The road is closed to motorists at Avalanche Creek.

The Many Glacier, Camas, Two Medicine and Chief Mountain roads are open. The Inside North Fork Road is closed at Doverspike Meadow and at the Polebridge South Gate.

Hikers and bikers are urged to avoid travel beyond Logging Lake Ranger Station because of water running across the road at Logging Creek, which is high and swift.
