Two alleged underage parties reported in Bigfork

Saturday, Jan. 4

— Al alleged underage party with “possible drug use” was reported on Swan Hill Drive. The reporting party said they saw something on social media that prompted them to call in and asked that they remain anonymous. The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office was advised.

— A caretaker reported a break-in at an Eagle Bend Drive residence. They estimated the theft occurred between Dec. 24 and Jan. 4.

— A caller on Beach Road stated they had an emergency because a male across the street allegedly had him under surveillance. He observed outside lights on while he was outside, which could mean the neighbor was watching him or were possibly motion-activated.

— A “large high school party” was reported at a Crestview Drive address. Attendees were reportedly parking at a local church and walking over to the residence.

Sunday, Jan. 5

— An individual said a deputy just called one of their residents to inform her about an alleged party at her house. The caller wanted to verify that the report was true.

— A man and woman were reportedly yelling at each other on Commerce Street. The couple were allegedly fighting over whether or not the wife could use her husband’s phone. The wife stated she was going to call her brother to come get her.

— A juvenile told the reporting party they had taken “a bunch of pills.” The juvenile was breathing and conscious, but not responding normally. Emergency medical responders were paged to the scene.

— A caller on Commerce Street who had called the night before stated his wife was intoxicated again and walking down the street. She had reportedly been destroying items in the home and throwing items from the caller’s vehicle. The female in question was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

— A deputy spoke with the owner of a vehicle that was parked on a walking path near a local school. The owner said they would move the vehicle in the morning. They were advised if others called it in, the vehicle could be towed in the meantime.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

— A woman said she felt like she was being stalked by her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend, whom she saw drive by her house and allegedly made false accusations against her. The caller said the woman had also made a fake Facebook account to harass her. The caller was advised to apply a temporary restraining order.

— An individual on Parkwood Ridge Road reported a theft. They didn’t want to press charges at the time but were curious about their options.

— A caller who had found their boss deceased in late December reported a theft of a laptop, gold chain and a bunch of cigarettes. The individual was advised to contact the next of kin to determine the heir.

— A female’s eyes were reportedly turning yellow but did not want to go to the hospital. First responders cleared her medically, but were concerned about alleged comments she was making about weapons in the home. The reporting party said the woman had consumed a “large amount of alcohol” and has mental health issues that become worse when she drinks.

— A caller reported concerns about her mother and stepfather. She said another couple who were allegedly helping her parents were also stealing money from them.

Thursday, Jan. 9

— A caller on Beach Road asked to speak with a deputy regarding his neighbor.

— An individual on Beach Road reported someone tried to break his door down. The caller said they heard someone push on the door and had a pistol holstered. He called again to report a truck idling in front of his residence.

— An individual located a dog that had been hit and was bleeding and not moving its back legs very well. The dog was transported to a local animal hospital where x-rays showed it has broken its back. The dog was euthanized.

— An individual reported a female contacted him about buying a tiger skin rug.

— A caller on Lake Hills Drive requested a call from animal control regarding her dog that had been hit by a car.

— An individual was reportedly slumped over inside a vehicle near a local casino. Staff woke the man and he left the scene. The caller was concerned about possible drug or alcohol use.

Friday, Jan. 10

— A caller on Holt Drive said their significant other was “causing trouble.” He allegedly tipped over a refrigerator and had been drinking. She was upstairs with her children.

— A Bichon Frise was reported missing from a Peaceful Drive residence.

— Individuals were reportedly refusing to remove a fence from the caller’s property on Bigfork Stage.

— An individual who was just released from jail wanted to get their belongings from a residence, but wasn’t allowed on the premises. The caller, who had no shoes or socks, was advised not to take an Uber to the residence unless he was authorized to do so by a deputy.

Saturday, Jan. 11

— A deputy advised a caller to seek legal advice regarding a fence that was allegedly encroaching on his property on Bigfork Stage.

— A deputy served a male on Village Lane with a temporary restraining order.
