Neighborly dispute heats up over BBQ

A resident complained about getting smoked out by her neighbor’s barbecue, according to Kalispell Police Department logs. She said her back deck was getting really hot and that the smoke kept pouring into her home. It was unclear if meat smokers were allowed on the property.

A woman claimed her ex attempted to run her over with his car. She didn’t want to pursue charges, but wanted the man to stay away.

An intoxicated, shirtless man was yelling in an alley near 13th Street East. He threw something into the reporting party’s garbage can. It all seemed suspicious.

A caller asked what he should do with an old fire extinguisher.

An ambulance was called after a man cut off a few digits with a table saw. He was bleeding heavily and rushed to the hospital.

A suspect was accused of stealing fishing gear, a game camera, binoculars, an air gun and shoes. All totaled it added up to $1,000.

A store manager reported that an intoxicated woman was walking around with a box of wine and yelling at herself. Apparently the woman never buys anything and always makes a scene. She was 86’d from the store.

Four teenagers were chasing and terrorizing ducks at Woodland Park.

Neighbors were reportedly taunting a woman about stealing her property.

A mother said her son’s friends crawled into her house through the dog door for an underage party her son was hosting without permission.

Police were contacted about a bird that appeared to be stuck on the ledge of a building. It was a sparrow-type bird.
