Good fences may not make good neighbors

A Columbia Falls woman’s neighbor reportedly dug up her fence and had survey paperwork showing where her correct property line is. She called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to make them aware of the situation because the neighbor supposedly said he would fix the fence, but she was doubtful.

A strong woman on Sandy Court in Columbia Falls allegedly threw a dresser at a man, which cut his eye.

Someone on Tiger Lily Lane in Marion allegedly left dogs behind in a duplex that were “going off” and “bouncing off the walls.”

A caller on Strawberry Lake Road in Kalispell wanted deputies to check on the welfare of a man reportedly “balled up in a blanket” sleeping in a pickup that was parked at a location for about two to three days. The person calling reportedly said the truck wasn’t always there and thought he parked there to sleep. The man was OK.

A woman on Lakeshore Drive in Lakeside requested extra patrol after finding matchbooks and cigarettes near a garage and beer cans near the stairs.

Someone on Hungry Horse Road reported a large boulder was blocking the northbound lane by the dam. The boulder was removed.

Someone felt threatened after a man allegedly said “I’m going to get you” and put his finger to his head.

A woman on Bear Street in Coram said her ex was reportedly still refusing to return her vehicle and she wanted to file charges.

A woman was reportedly pushed by her ex on Willow Glen Drive in Kalispell.

Knives were in play on Glacier Avenue in Hungry Horse and someone allegedly threatened to slash another person’s tires.

A Bitterroot Drive resident in Marion said guests noticed a basement window open and a broken latch and requested extra patrol.

A Grand Drive resident in Bigfork claimed a woman was causing problems at an apartment, however, nothing was going on currently, but the caller made a serious allegation about her and extra patrol was requested.
