Creepy clown spooks children

Someone called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to report a man wearing a clown mask with sharp teeth and blood on it was stalking children near the Canyon Community Church in Coram. The man was driving a white, four-door car that didn’t have a license plate. A deputy checked the area, but the man wasn’t seen.

A person called to report a hound dog howling early in the morning. The person wanted to remain anonymous because he said the dog’s owner was a “hot-head.” A deputy checking the scene couldn’t find or the hear the melodious canine.

A woman called to seek advice about a situation where she said her sister was being mean and stealing from her elderly father.

A man driving a large box truck called to report a woman who tried to jump into his vehicle. She was described as having dark skin and curly hair and wearing black, long-sleeve shirt.

A woman driving to Glacier National Park was adjusting the volume on her phone when she misdialed 911.

Another lady decided to dial 911 while testing a phone number to a business. She was advised to call dispatch for a 911 test rather than just dialing 911.

Someone called to report a black Angus cross steer on the loose in the Eid Lane area. The animal’s owner was trying to contain it, but it kept breaking through fences.

A woman “fake” called 911 in an effort to get her neighbor, also her ex-husband, to leave during a verbal altercation, which he did.

A concerned man called to report finding a hypodermic needle in his driveway. He believed there may be people living in the vacant buildings nearby.

Four dogs are reportedly missing in the Kila area. A woman called to report she believed her neighbor may have taken them because she has complained about them before. A deputy spoke to the neighbor and she said she hadn’t taken the dogs, which included a mini Aussie, toy poodle and two Aussie-toy poodle mixed puppies.

Two tall men wearing masks reportedly stole four cases of beer from an area business and left the scene in a black Hyundai four-door vehicle.

Officers from the Sheriff’s Office and Montana Highway Patrol sought a woman who had been drinking heavily and was seen leaving a bar and getting into a pickup that had a baby in it.

A member of the symphony called the Kalispell Police Department to report people who smelled of alcohol were walking in off the street and disrupting the choir. She said it had happened twice with the same two men.

A woman called to report someone knocking on the door of the home where her 92-year-old mother lives. Recently, the elderly woman saw a man at her back door looking through the window. She was startled and he ran off. An officer advised the woman to tell her mother to call 911 if it happens again. Police were going to increase patrols in the area.

A person driving past Woodland Park saw a man grab a goose by the neck. He was wearing a black backward ball cap, long brown hair, gray T-shirt and tan khaki shorts.

A person called to report a man at a bar who kept falling asleep. He was drunk and employees there were going to try to get him into a cab.

A person called to report seeing three young adults with spray paint in the alley. An officer drove through the area and didn’t find any defaced property.
