Bulldogs dump Browning in play-in

WHITEFISH — Kaiah Moore had nine kills and Luci Rideway added 10 digs and nine service aces as the Whitefish Lady Bulldogs downed visiting Browning Monday in a Northwestern A volleyball play-in match. Scores were 25-14, 25-18, 25-11.

“Our serving was the most consistent it’s been going into divisional,” said Whitefish coach Addy Connelly.

“Kaiah Moore had a great game after coming back from an ankle injury. Luci Ridgeway found some ground in serving and digging tonight, which was great to see,” she added.

Giana Vickers paced Browning with four kills, six digs and two aces.

Libby 3, Ronan 1

McKenzie Proffitt had nine kills, served three aces and blocked two shots as the Libby Loggers downed Ronan on Monday night in a Northwestern A volleyball play-in match. Scores were 25-19, 23-25, 25-23, 25-16.

Sheyla Gallagher also had nine kills for the Loggers (7-8). Kylee Quinn contributed 34 assists and Ashlyn Monigold had 18 digs.

Madison Clairmont had 11 kills for Ronan (3-14) and Madeline McCrea added four blocks, 15 digs and a service ace.
