WHITEFISH — The Cat/Dog Invitational swim meet at the Wave on Saturday was a Valley-wide affair with Bigfork, Columbia Falls, Flathead, Glacier and Whitefish in attendance.

Flathead had an event winner in Lily Milner (200 freestyle) while Jace Reed placed second in the 50 freestyle with a personal best time of 22.93 seconds.

Glacier’s AJ Popp was an event winner (100 breaststroke), as was Eden Flake (50 freestyle) with a personal best time of 24.64.

“We had a good meet today,” Flathead/Glacier coach Ethan Timm said.

“We had some good relay swims that put some points on the board for both FHS and GHS. Most of the swimmers set best times at this meet. Our swimmers really stepped it up and we had some fun races to watch. Overall, a great meet with some fast swims.”

Complete results were not available.

The next meet on the schedule is the Missoula Invitational on Saturday.
